History view provides a way how to find out how many hours you worked and at what time. If you are interested in this data, select period of time you would like to see first. Then switch to Times tab.

1. Total time

Total time field in the upper right corner of the Times tab shows how many hours you worked during the whole displayed period. If total time chart type is selected, Rachota displays a chart with comparison of total times for all days in the selected period. The graph also includes three lines representing your average working hours and those given by employer.

2. Working hours

If from/to chart type is selected, Rachota displays a chart with comparison of times when you worked for all days in the selected period.

3. Time usage

If time usage chart type is selected, Rachota displays a chart showing comparison of time spent on normal tasks, private tasks and idle time for all days in the selected period.

4. Tasks highlighting

It is also possible to filter some tasks and highlight how much time you spent on them. In order to do that select total time chart type and check Highlight tasks option. Now you need to specify criterion that will be used to filter tasks. Select desired task property from the first pull down menu and content rule from the second one. Finally specify desired value either from the third pull down menu or type it into the field below. Chart will highlight how much of the days was spent on tasks that satisfy given filter and calculate the total time. Please note that this option is disabled for from/to and time usage chart types.

Hint If you double click some day column in the chart, Rachota will switch to day view and display clicked day.
